Places are allotted on a first come, first served basis.

 Please read the terms and condition below before booking.

  • A deposit of £100 per class is required to reserve a place. The balance is due four weeks before the class begins. All classes have a materials charge, payable at the end of the workshop. Details of payment options are at the end of the T&Cs.

  • Classes only run if they have the minimum number attending, usually five. For this reason enrolment must be made at least four weeks before the start date. This is so guest tutors travelling from abroad have time to make travel arrangements.

  • Participants should not book flights or B&Bs until you are sent confirmation, four weeks before the start date, that the class will go ahead. BINDING re:DEFINED accepts no financial responsibility for travel or accommodation if this is booked prior to class confirmation.

  • Cancellations:  there is a non-refundable fee of £50 if participants cancel and a replacement cannot be found. Full refunds are made if a class has to be cancelled. International payments are refunded minus any foreign exchange fees.

  • A list of required tools and any relevant information will be sent to students at least ten days before the class.

  • Participants are responsible to make their own arrangements to insure against third party claims while using the premises.

  • Participants are expected to observe all health and safety regulations and follow bindery rules (posted in the bindery).

  • Special guidelines are in place for following Covid 19 regulations. These will be sent out prior to the class.

  • Participants are required to inform the host of any medical conditions or food allergies in advance.

  • Accommodation is the responsibility of participants and a partial list is provided on the next page. BINDING re:DEFINED does not endorse any of the suggested accommodation.

If paying by bank transfer please reference the payment with the class name. Please email BINDING re:DEFINED that the payment has been made. Bank charges incurred from non sterling transfers are payable by the sender

A further fee will be payable if the 'goods and services' button is used (to cover charges made to the BrD account). Any charges for international payments are the responsibility of the sender.
